Wonderstruck! Thrilled! Tickled Pink! This is precisely how we want you to feel about Mofo purchase. We genuinely believe that once you receive your Mofo Pole you will certainly catch our drift. If it is not right, simply let us know. The sooner you fill us in, the faster we could help.

MOFO offers you a plenty of time to return your purchase for a full refund, 14 days to be exact.

A few tips…please retain all original packaging, just in case. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable and MOFO does not handle the shipping on returns. A re-stock fee of 15% is applied to all returns.

Although we offer a no questions asked policy, we would certainly appreciate your feedback. No worries, we can handle it.

All that being said, to initiate returns please contact us at [email protected]. Once MOFO has received and approved your returned item, a refund will be issued in 1­2 business days. Naturally, refunds are in the form of original payment.
